At Vesta Fitness, we stand behind our equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your gear within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Your Gear

Securely pack the equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all bolts, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

Label and Ship

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
